· As for the Product Manager, ideally we would like a qualified Audiologist to take on this role but the candidate must have the broader skill set to cover Product Management in all its facets.
· For the Audiologist and Assistant Product Manager, qualification as an Audiologist is essential but we are looking for someone that has a commercial aspect to their background and aspirations as well.
Basic employment information in terms of salaries and other benefits.
· Product Manager:
o Annual Salary Band: £35,000 to £40,000
o Fully Expensed Company Car
o Annual on target bonus percentage: 10% of annual salary
o Membership of Pension Fund – Company contributes 5%
o Annual Leave is 25 working days.
o Life Insurance: 4 x annual salary
· Audiologist & Assistant Product Manager:
o Annual Salary Band: £30,000 to £35,000
o Annual on target bonus percentage: 10% of annual salary
o Membership of Pension Fund – Company contributes 5%
o Annual Leave is 25 working days.
o Life Insurance: 4 x annual salary
